A monthly guest chef pop-up with incredible menus featuring hyper seasonal, locally sourced produce. £45 - 4 Course. The menu will be fixed, so no stress.
Our next guest Chef… is Wes Marshall
Working up and down England in some of the most prestigious restaurants, Chef Wes has got some great experience from al-a-carte to gourmet tasting menus. Exotic and classical influence are evident in his work, as is his love of foraging. Wes is not new to pop-ups with a string of sell out events to his name.
