We are so excited to be hosting our very own Chef, Jasper Chopping for Julys Bistro Pop.
Jasper was already on our ‘wish list’, little did we imagine she’d be joining us as our new head chef … win/win.
Jasper will be creating a menu inspired by her Guyanese heritage and upbringing, working with local suppliers, using the best seasonal ingredients from Sheffield farms. A journey through a multitude of flavours.
6 Course (yes 6). £35

Black eyed pea hummus, slow-cooked oxtail, pumpkin dukkah, thyme oil
Guyanese curry croquettes, karela ketchup, mango pickle
Sweet braised cabbage, Scotch bonnet romesco, cucumber chutney, chives
Ceviche-style heirloom tomatoes, sweet rum dressing, coriander oil
Pepperpot stew ravioli, coconut cream sauce, burnt lime, fennel and purple carrot slaw
Hibiscus Basque cheesecake, ginger curd, pepita brittle
